All work is carried out by our experienced craftsman at our boatyard, we can line out or part fit to customers spec,

we always have boats available to view and some available ex stock


We have a canal side boatyard in the North-West of England!
which is located in Lymm in the Cheshire Countryside on the Banks of the Bridgewater Canal.

10 minutes from Manchester airport
30 minutes from Liverpool
1 hour from Birmingham.

our yard is open for visits 2 days a week -mostly Friday and Saturdays

You are welcome to call and see us on these days without appointment, But we strongly recommend you check before travelling because we may have prior arrangements or closed for that day.

A little bit of history about us …….We have been at Lymm since 1984 when we bought the marina from a company called Ladyline ( you might remember if your a old boater) in which time we have been involved in selling all types of boats

Now we mainly specialise in selling new narrowboats at different build stages
shell----- sailaway----- sailaway-lined----part fitted----fully fitted

Unlike some of our competitors!!!! are steel hulls are built by different quality boat builders, to suit different customers requirements & budgets

When the steel work is finished , the steel shell arrives at our boatyard and any further work required by the customer, is carried out by the staff at Cheshire Narrowboats, whose experienced boat fitters will do what is required to help your dreams come a reality

We believe in inclusive pricing without any hidden extras- like ex works, craneage fees, transport, plus many other different charges unlike our Competitors!!!!!

We offer a very safe and unique Payment terms & conditions, unlike our Competitors!!!!!
